Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has finalised the female lead of his much anticipated flick “Ram Leela” and she is none other than Deepika Padukone for the role of Juliet, while actor Ranveer Singh will be playing role of Romeo.
After Kareena Kapoor disassociated herself from the movie , Bhansali wanted an unmarried actress for role of Juliet, while Bebo is planning for her impending marriage, after that Sanjay approaching Priyanka Chopra, but then Katrina Kaif, & finally Deepika Padukone for the role of Juliet.
At present, Deepika also worked with SRK in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film & the film name is - “Chennai Express.
Bhansali’s – “Ram Leela” is based on Shakespeare’s famous play of ” Romeo” & “Juliet”.
